Every citizen in the US is supposed to be a sovereign citizen. That does not mean they can deliberately harm others or disobey legitimate laws. Sovereign means one has rights over their own person, properties and ambitions not anyone else's. All citizens are considered (supposed to be) equal. There are no true sovereign citizens under the systems of endeavor that we have in effect. We exist under a rivalry,superiority and authoritative system that negates true sovereignty. Back in the 90s the supreme court in Carver county vs the federal gov. ruled in the case of the federal encroaching on county lands established that the federal government has no rights or jurisdiction  over any lands, facilities or properties it does not own.  Now carry that over to your person and properties to see what you come up with.    
Natural right vs man made right: Example: Do you have feet, what do you do with those feet, you travel, where did you get feet, from nature. Therefore travel is a natural right, often refereed to God made right. Mechanical means to travel is not a natural right as an automobiles are not made/formed by nature, refereed to artificial means. Anything made by a concoction of man is "artificial". Travel by horse and you travel by natural means, by car-no. The supreme court has ruled, a citizen cannot be taxed or charged a fee in the exorcising of a natural right. A civilized person is an artificial person from being regulated by a government and no longer exists naturally and not under complete control by nature only.
With that information you'll be able to understand how unconstitutional US government has been, and, how hypocritical civilizations are, lending to the condition of never solving itself and must always end itself by various means.

From what I heard, there was a little more to it, such as the US claiming sovereignty or taking some other ownership stake in Gaza, then rebuilding it.
