if there were no need for 'engineers from the quantum plenum' then we should not have any unanswered scientific questions.

Aww Mags, sorry to hear that. I hope that whatever it is that's making you feel sad stops. You're one type of butterfly whose wing I'm sure will grow back :)

It's 11:31 PM. Today I had a horrible day. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. I didn't like it at all, very stormy.  :(  But the whole thing is my fault--I'm so stupid.   :( I feel as if my 'wings' couldn't handle the hurricane, and they broke. I don't think I can fly anymore.

Sorry to hear you're having issues Mags, I hope things will get better for you today.

I'm sure we can fix your wings; you know I can sew pretty well, I bet we can have you flying again in no time. ;D
Thanks for caring Bruno, you're so sweet, but I'm afraid we're going to need a lot of silk to fix them.

Mags, I said I can sew well, and I meant it. Learned how in the Army. I was an Airborne Delivery Specialist, my secondary training was as an Airborne Rigger.
I can pack, fix, repair any type of parachute, you know those big puffy things made out of silk.
...and I'm a gonna fix your wings, I can do it, butterflies need to fly. ;D

I also need to shout out to the management here at HAF.

I approve of the anniversary avatar.

Hitch's death was the only occasion in known memory when The Asmo Himself changed His avatar to an in memoriam one.

I remember that. For a while we had at least three Hitchens avatars here.

I have been invited to go on a trip to Iceland and Norway with Hanna's breeder and other people. I really want to go and I think I am going to reserve a spot. I just need to figure out how to come up with seven thousand dollars by next August.

And looking at flights it would be decently priced to fly to England from Norway so I might (extra emphasis on might) try to stay a day of two in England before flying home.

Oh, couldn't one of your new husbands give you a hug?
I don't know what this means, but thanks for the fifty cents. :)

Eric paired us all off in another thread.  I believe you are with both Davin and Crow  ;)

In any case, you are not stupid, nor are you broken.  We fuck up sometimes.  It's life.  People don't live up to what we thought they would, or situations change right underneath us.  Not your fault.  You will persevere.

Bless you Magdalena. You are one of my favorite friends, you know.

If Bruno does not sew your wings back on............I will do it. I used to run a large sewing factory and I can sew very well. Tween me and Bruno we can fix your wings, maybe not your hurt feelings but he and the rest of us will try.

Hugs,  plenty of honest to goodness, we appreciate you, hugs.

Where in Norway? (I'm only asking in case I have a chance to come and bother you.)

You can forget hotel bills in the UK if you can get to Leeds my wife and I would be delighted if you came and stayed. And I'm sure the dogs would love it too.
