What is the HAF flavicon I see on a saved bookmark, a circle with a red bit at the top and a purple bit at the bottom and impossibly small words.

Would you please screen shot and post it thanks.

I did an image search for that favicon and got no matches. Interesting though, the top word appears to be "Wix" which is a website building site.

We seem to be missing a page icon (favicon.ico - file). It's easily fixable - I just need to get around to it. What do we want as one? The HAF-fish? If yes, do we have one of those in tiny size as pictures tend not to scale down too well beyond a certain point. (By "tiny" I mean something like 30x30, if memory serves, but 50x50 would likely do just fine)

I didn't design it, but helped Tank a few years ago to clean up the graphic he had from another source.



It is a large PNG file. Would you like me to scale it down to 50x30? What image format do you need?

If you can do a 30x30 or 50x50 .ico, that would be ideal since I would then need to do no image manipulation. I also suggest a transparent background, but that may backfire in cases of dark-themed browsers with no image outline.

EDIT: Looked it up. We can accomodate 32x32 or 48x48. I can resize an icon, though if we use transparent background, I don't currently have a tool that would allow us to keep it after resize. (A matter of secure PC)

I just spent a night in hospital after a minor angina episode that I over-medicated. Most of the trouble, lightheaded and blurry vision, were from the medication. Anyway 3 ecg's a chest X-ray and blood work all indicate there is nothing to worry about.

The original favicon was a version of the invisible pink unicorn logo. Was still appearing in new equipment when logging on to this site as recently as a few months ago, and still does for me. I tried a few years ago to put in the HAF fish as the favicon, but my inept manipulations were rebuffed by the software.

...Does not seem to work with Edge and a few other browsers, but I shall have a codearound - see what I can do. (It may be them requiring a 16x16, believe it or not, favicon)

I tested OK with Opera. Do please report on other browsers
