Thor was quit good.
Twilight saga was ok 'ish, looking forward to part 4.
Monsters (a low budget SiFi) was very good value for money.
Source Code? WTF how can a film with that title ever get more than a 1?
Harry Potter Deathly Hallows 2 didn't disappoint.
Knowing, good bits and bad bits but adaquate overall.

If religions were TV channels atheism is turning the TV off.

Fi

I went to see The Lion King 3D in September. I was teeny tiny and too young to appreciate it when the movie originally came out in theaters (three years old, to be exact) so I was excited to see it on the big screen. It really is one of Disney's best. I'm a giant nerd for animated stuff. If they ever do a Snow White theater re-release I will be on it like ants on a picnic.

Squid

I saw watched Unknown not too long ago and thought it was pretty good.  Another movie along that line I saw was 88 Minutes which I also liked.  And then of course the classic I recently re-obtained on DVD - Beavis and Butthead Do America.

Just saw Puss in boots last night. I loved it!!

Homer:"No! Faith is what you have in things that don't exist. Your awesomeness is real."

2012.

Gotta love how those who pray die, while some of the few who act - or, better yet, can cough up a billion Euros - live.  ;D

They certainly made a fair representation of the saying about one hand jerking being better than a million clasped in prayer... Or something like that. Can never quite remember those sayings. Weird.  ???

I think it's something like 100 hands working are better than 1,000 in prayer. XD I dunno.

I saw Unstoppable the other night -- runaway train movie with Denzel Washington and Chris Pine.  Decent buddy movie, a number of satisfying crashes.

Sgtmackenzie

Cowboys and Aliens.    If you can suspend disbelief for the duration of a movie made to entertain - then this is a decent movie.

I really want to see the new Planet of the Apes.

I really liked this one. I thought it would be cheesier than it was. There are a few issues I had with it, but overall it was good.

I liked this one too, but I also liked the originals, so don't take my opinion too seriously.
Always question all authorities because the authority you don't question is the most dangerous... except me, never question me.

I watched Hangover 2 the other night. I lol'd.  :)

Just watched Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol  Eh...it was ok.  We had bought tickets for the Sherlock Holmes initially, but someone wanted to see MIGP...so we switched our tix.  I have a feeling we would've had a better experience with Shirley.

hismikeness

I'm going to see the new Sherlock Holmes tomorrow night with the wife and mom-in-law. I liked the first one.
