Surprised my wife on her 75th BD with a party at the hotel in which we were staying. Kept the secret from her for 8 months, through a complex web of lies and subterfuge. Being an attorney, I am practiced at the art of deception, but sometimes it serves a good purpose!

Cheers to your better half, and well done.  ;D  :bravo:

I was tempted to say that, was just weighing courtesy/honesty.
Anyway you spared me the dilemma, good job, on the birthday thing too.

QuoteThe International Day of Older People is observed on October 1 each year.

So the youngest amongst us has to make tea and toast for the rest of us, the united nations has so decreed.
Who is the youngest anyway?
It's not me, most definitely not me.
Where the fuck is Asmo anyway?
Firebird was here yesterday but that means he won't be here again this year

Anyway, I like my toast: mayo, avo, meat of the day, cheese, tomato, slithers of onion, grilled
Tea, milk and one sugar
If you suffer from cosmic vertigo, don't look.

Well done you! I assume she was surprised and did enjoy it?

Could be me, I'm that hip and with it.  :snicker:

Probably isn't though, given the sentence above. Closer to 70 than 60 but not by much. I do look young for my age and still earn my bread mostly via physical labor, so tea for everybody on me.  :spock:

I feel 25, but when I shave I am shocked to see a wizened gnome staring back at me.
