xSp there is an actual flour that is made from bugs. It is Cricket flour.  It is nutritious and thoroughly satisfactory as a critical ingredient in many a claimed gourmet dish.

Having bought a large bag of mealworms for a friend, to give her garden birds an extra treat at nesting time, I did view these dried bugs with some interest. What would they be like lightly fried in butter with a little pepper, say? Or some mild curry paste?
Tomorrow is precious, don't ruin it by fouling up today.

I learnt how to summon demons as a kid. :smilenod: All it took was a simple ritual: leave the pile of dirty dishes I was supposed to wash in the sink, untouched. A demon would promptly possess my mother as soon as she saw it. :smilenod:
