YES! A Mac died in His honor, so Asmo approves.  :D

In Asmo's grey lump,
wrath and dark clouds gather force.

Maple syrup.

Oh for Asmo's sake!!!

It wasn't my fault! The stupid cat jumped on my lap and dumped my pancakes everywhere.  >:(

Maple syrup's so sticky, too...

I wonder if the syrup is confined to the keyboard.  That could be cleaned out.

I don't know. It is a laptop and it shut down soon after the spill and I was unable to revive it.

I would advise taking it apart, discharging condensers then cleaning thoroughly with pure water (As in pure-pure. Not bottled water-pure), then letting dry for a thoroughly long time, then putting back together, but... It's a pretty big operation.

In any case, you can save your harddisk, RAM and a few other things probably.

I'll take off the keyboard tonight and see what I can do.

Just got home from visiting my folks in Nova Scotia! It was a lovely visit. It was sunny every day and a lot of fun. It was nice to be near the ocean and apple orchards again, I missed it.
"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

Amicale

Sounds wonderful, DJ! Glad you had a great time! :)

What's the best apple variety grown there?
