I seem to recall he was very busy and had stuff to do in real life.

Looking forward to going home to Bergen this Thursday. Gonna spend some time with my family.
(Family meaning my mother and brother. :P)

I would, but I'm not a huge fan of traditional Norwegian Christmas food.

I'm sitting here watching SciFi cause I'm bored and they have on this 2012 new secrets show.  It's absurd in all honesty, but I'm keeping myself amused.  About the time they show the guy who truly believes particles from a solar flare are going to suddenly reverse the rotation of the earth I start laughing.

And so does the chicken watching this with me, even she knows BS when she hears it.  Which get's me laughing even harder.  Which in turn gets her looking at me funny and starts her to cackling along with me.  The cats are freaking out the dogs are barking and me and the chicken are just a laughing...........

Yep... I'm insane

He last logged in late Nov...so while it's been a few weeks it hasn't been forever; I think it's just busy real life stuff too.

All the best people are.
That banana is heaps better than the local guy.
He has actual moves, and doesn't resort to gauche colour changes.

And with the start of Christmas vacation so begins the onslaught of new Christian members who are suddenly reminded they haven't done a single thing for Jesus this year and believe they can make up for it by preaching to some atheists online.  Wonder how many we get this go round . . .

(I'm, of course, exaggerating...usually it's like 5 or so)

I can't decide whether he's doing the electric slide or the macarena.  But if you put a bunch of them together it starts looking like a group of line dancers....

ok..... I think I've been talking to the chicken a bit too long, she's causing me to do bad things  :yay:

Just over 2 hours...and Christmas begins!   :bananacolor:

If this meeting of Darlec and Cyberman had come up in Byron's "Ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny" thread, I would have said the Cyberman had no chance at all.  After all the Daleks are the ultimate killing machine, cleverly designed to look like something put together by a bunch of toddlers during playgroup.  But even the Dalek's technology is as nothing when faced with the power of the call centre operator.

Spent all day making cookies and sorting them into gift tins (also need to get work done so now have to do that this weekend remotely), then 11pm hits and I still had presents to wrap and then I had to clean up the huge mess I made of the kitchen while baking, and get my stuff together.  Looking forward to being able to relax instead of having to prepare for christmas. . .I"m like that mom off the Christmas Story trying to make everything perfect but then things go wrong (like being sick last week which is why everything is last minute).

Well today I'm off to my eldest daughter's to see new grandson again, he really is rather cute  :yay:

Looking forward to giving my younger daughter's boy friend his present. He's keen on mechanics but only has a crappy little set of tools. I managed to get a very good deal on a very good socket set, a Britool 56 piece 1/2" drive, it'll last him a lifetime, I reckon he'll be delighted.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas one and all. I hope the festive season bring you all you hope for and all that you have done for others is appreciated.

Warmest regards to my fellow members
Chris
