Arrrrgghhhhhh, rant time!

I'm currently on a course (Event Management and Organization) and I attend a class once a week. Now for this we have to actually organize an event as part of the assessment, and we'd decided on doing a sponsored walk. Now we'd spent the last two weeks sorting various bits of this out. I'd been sorting out food and stuff, as each of us had been assigned a job.

Spin forward to today, and I go into class and the guy who's our unofficial leader for this event thingy comes roaring in. I ask him whether the prep is going OK and he begins whining on about how it's probably going to be scrapped. Now this isn't particularly that annoying, but what did annoy me is that the way he was talking about it, no-one else but him had been putting any work in, and to him everyone else involved was just 'walking away' from something 'he'd' arranged by himself.

He's also whining on and on about how the course is too basic and how he's done a similar course and can't simply use the previous lot of work for his assessment instead of a new one. As well as being finished two weeks early and then whining he's got nothing to do, or that he missed the deadline for something or other.

So in short, this guy is being a moron for no apparent reason. He hasn't talked to anyone to try and get them to commit to the walk, he ISN'T doing this all by himself and generally he's being a kid. I dunno...

Reminds me of a Hanibal Lecter movie.

I think I need to get me some of those, along with some red jell-o.

What's crazy old Kim Jong-il up to?

I wonder if he'd be interested in some 40 year old strike fighters, we've got some F-111s going cheap.

Cecilie

Yeah... I haven't actually read the Bible.
Well, I read a little part of it, but it was boring, so I stopped.

I'm so fed up with everything that's going on in the world. Maybe I should just shut down the tv and move to live in a barrel.

Me thinks he's becoming senile. His fat son will succeed him in senility.
