I have eaten too many potatoes in my life. (Hey, I'm Norwegian). So no potatoes for me, but pasta and rice? Yes please!

I'm Irish-I don't believe there is such a thing as too many potatoes.  Especially when they can be prepared so many ways!

One of my favorites that is relatively easy to do if you have toaster oven is to do a buttery Parmesan potato.  You cut thin slices into the potato without cutting all the way through-almost as if you were cutting chips, but leaving them attached to the potato.  Between each little slice, insert a tiny pat of butter.  Sprinkle the top of the potato with a liberal amount of Parmesan cheese, garlic, and other seasonings of your choice.  Bake (about an hour at 450, depending on potato size) and enjoy.  So good.
"Come ride with me through the veins of history,
I'll show you how god falls asleep on the job.
And how can we win when fools can be kings?
Don't waste your time or time will waste you."

Sounds like a lot of work, but so delicious. And btw the way we almost always eat potatoes here is boiled, and that is what I'm sick of. Fish and potatoes, fish and potatoes.

I'm so tired of having to Google every company that emails me job offers through Career Builder.  For every legit offer, there are two scam ones.

I don't know, I have the exact opposite problem, I just talk to people and they talk back. I talk to far too many people at times which means I have little quality time with any of them  :sigh:

Just keep talking to different people and be yourself, that's what usually works.

An image springs to mind!

Baphomet Jones! Infamous pirate of the Caribbean, know and feared throughout the civilised world for his acts of daring-do and swashbuckling antics with the ladies!

Bloody marvellous name, I bet you get fed up with having to spell it for people though  :sigh:

Yes! The spelling, and getting constantly accused of piracy. :)

Well there is the digging.
The smell.
The heaving of parts out of the hole.
All the sewing.
Lots of wiring.
Electrical storms are so unpredictable,
and it's so hard to get a good Egor these days
