My facial hair makes me look a little like Gerard Butler's "King Leonidas" from the movie 300, yet I don't go around, shaking my fist and acting like a belligerent P.O.S. like some people that I know.

What's on my mind is that there just isn't justice in this world.
My neighbors across the street can make bombs and cause a racket (I swear every time they made something BOOM I had a heart attack) because they have SO much experience with getting away with it. They make a BOOM, run inside, wait it out. 10-20 minutes later another BOOM, on and on... I've had enough... the cops were called today but their stupid MOTHER just lied and got all giggly with him, can you say EW? ... I'm just beyond annoyed. Words can't describe. Can you ban people from the planet? I was just innocently working on some homework and BOOOOM! GAH! I hate them. Do I have to have a video camera on their house for some freakin' PROOF? I know I'm a teenager & I guess teenagers are known for causing trouble and noise....  But I want PEACE, dangit!!!  :upset:

My father in law owned a news paper and sweet shop, his neighbours learned quite quickly not to keep him awake as the papers were delivered at 5am so he needed his sleep. He would take appropriate revenge at 5am by being careless about taking in the shutters on the shop front as if dropped on the sidewalk they were very very noisy

This may sound silly but have you tried talking with your neighbors face to face about this issue? If not I would give it a try it may e hard to work up the nerve but the results may be worth it.

We'll have to think about the audio recordings, because reasoning with them isn't going to work. We've tried but these aren't reasonable people. They're disrespectful and childish, they just mouth off when we try to talk to them about it. And I don't think I want to be even MORE on their bad side. They've been in trouble by the cops before, hopefully (some day) it will sink in.
