Took hubby to Austin to catch a plane, 235 mile round trip.  Flash flooding most of the way home.  Finally beat the storms here.... now they are coming in....

It would definitely be a way to bring up the subject. But I'd ask her directly before you started undressing her, just to be on the safe side, you wouldn't want to ruin a friendship just for the want of a simple question. Surly you'd be the person who'd know the signs assuming your interest has gone beyond 'interest' in the past or will this be your first physical encounter as well?
