There is no "single" bill yet.  There are four different bills which have come out of four different committees.  There is a fifth committee which should have a bill out by sometime next week or the week after, then, the five versions will go to reconciliation where they will be compiled, reconciled, and brought together into the final bill which ultimately gets sent to the president for his signature or veto.

H.R. 3200 as it was introduced to the House. It's changed a bit, but this should give you an idea.
