My wife and I are both running little 11 year old cars with low milage. Mine has just clocked 50k hers is at 40k 'ish. I can fit 2.4m planks inside with the seats down so it does for me

This is my son's car, complete with Panko his dog. Apparently because of the McLaren linkage with Mercedes engines he gets a 'deal' on the AMC version of this monster.

Sky Sports Formula 1 reporter Rachel Brookes, 51, is leaving the broadcaster after 14 years, weeks after opening up about the "horrific abuse" she received online following a controversial interview with driver Max Verstappen.

Brookes announced on X that she is leaving Sky U.K. ahead of this weekend's Austrian Grand Prix, saying she is moving on to "exciting new ventures" while stressing that Formula 1 "still has my heart."

Her departure comes after she reflected on the online backlash she faced following the 2025 Spanish Grand Prix, where she questioned Verstappen about his collision with George Russell.

Speaking on the Road to Success podcast, Brookes recalled the abusive messages she received after asking whether the contact had been deliberate. While fellow broadcasters praised the question, some of Verstappen's supporters accused her of being biased against the Red Bull driver and flooded her social media accounts with hateful comments.

The incident in question was over a year ago. I don't follow F1 really closely but I recall hearing about it, and Verstappen admitted that he'd let his emotions affect his driving. But die-hard fans see things their own way.

Reminds me of the time I hit a patch of sand on a curve and slid off the road. I bailed at the edge and slid face-first down an embankment. I hit hard enough to break my plastic frame glasses (full helmet and face bubble) . At 30 feet down, there was a small stream. After bailing and sliding, I was wondering where my motorcycle was. Fortunately, the left handle bar caught in the soft soil and it stopped about 10 feet down. Those guys were getting clobbered by their own bikes!
