wrath and dark clouds gather force.

If religions were TV channels atheism is turning the TV off.

Remember, your inability to grasp science is not a valid argument against it.

Ooh, nice!

Also, kinda' similar theme to that Daughtry song I find myself approving of. :smilenod:

Painted on a canvas of silence.

Speaking of canvas of silence, it also has a sound, and it's best (in my opinion) in the soothing tones of David Draiman. :smilenod:

many years ago i began listening to liz story. her stuff includes a lot of of carefully composed pieces which i have always liked.

but she also does this stream of consciousness stuff, which i cnnot begin to understand but which i keep coming back to. more now than in the past, as i no longer look for structure in the universe.

its like hardcore jazz, which i also cannot understand but can leave alone.

her stuff is different. lots of emotion in the playing, and not a lot of tight control.

she signed with wyndham hill, which also markets pieces by the long dead michael hedges, with whom i have a strange connection. except he's dead and im not

this piece is over thirty years old. she hasnt done anythign for a while. im going to write her and ask why

While the underlying message is a bit "Imagine-y," I very much approve of Peter Heppner's lyrical storytelling :smilenod:

EDIT: I think it may largely be because Heppner's utopia is less boring than Lennon's by a nautical lightyear.
