I love all our new avatars.  :D

You would think it was some sort of Mr Men appreciation forum :D

It was pretty funny when it was an Asmo appreciation forum. I think our next one ought to be a Pudding appreciation -- we can all use pictures of our favourite flavours of puddings. ;)

If we have a pudding appreciation thread, I think we should post our favourite hats.

Right?!?  Stupid cake, it's nothing but Ladida Fancy Pants bread.  I much prefer pie.

I think we may have scope for some themed avatar sessions like Halloween and Christmas. The forum anniversary might be a good one. We could do Darwin Day where we all dress up as dinosaurs or different types of finches. Science week where we all pick a scientist. Dibs Darwin for that one!
Also we don't have to do the avatar each time we could put the links in our signatures.

It's a UK Bank Holiday today.  Everybody gets the day off.  It's pouring with rain, which is normally the case on a Bank Holiday.  The Bank Holiday Fair/Market in town was a total washout, as usual.

It's rainy, it's poury, I wish I was still snorey
I'm tired, uninspired, needing coffee to be wired.

At least you're feeling poetic!

Actually it hasn't rained yet in Leeds and the dogs have had their walk. So all is well here!

More like overtired and acting like an utter goofball.
Wait, I do that even when I'm not overtired.  :P

*looks outside* yup, still drizzly and grey. Bleh.

Same here. It has been raining for the past week.

Kids on bikes in rainy park, getting rained on in the wet with precipitous drizzle and a showery outlook. Did I mention it was raining too? Still, while on two wheels everyone's happy!

Anyway, here's a mechanical fail from yesterdays muddy ride. Note pedal and crank still clipped to shoe:
