Hey, I'm down to 170 from 220 lbs! From about a 42-44 waist to about a 36!

Oh and speaking of geese, I saw a family of geese walk right out front of my work building today. 5 little ones waddling along behind the parents. They can be a nuisance, but it's cute when you finally see the end product of all that mess and hissing.
