Yeah, the thought crossed my mind, but I really don't know much about lifting weights or how hard it is to bench 225 pounds.

2 1/4 lbs to the kilo =  100kg, sounds a lot.
Bags of cement come in 40kg bags, I've never enjoyed carrying those.
