Budhorse4's account has been suspended at her request for 4 days so she can study without distraction. She should be back Saturday 25th Feb.

Nope, she can't read this. She requested a total ban so she wasn't tempted.

Yes. If one blocks by IP the person logging in sees a basic screen with a reason (if supplied) as to why their account has been banned.
