Church Tank could have been inspired by the SiFi of Alistair Reynolds. Some of his stuff deals with massive military cathedrals on tracks.

Philo, watching The Walking Dead right before bedtime would be a good way to keep yourself awake, yes?  :D I know I'd have alllll kinds of thoughts going through my head if I watched that at night, lol.

You and me both! What did you say yes to?

Always taking on more work than I know I want to do, for the last 3 months there hasn't been a week when I haven't stayed awake for more than 24 hours (78hrs is the record) busting my backside so I can fit all the work I have to do into my schedule.

78 hours?!?  After 24 I would be a gibbering mess.  I hope that you are well recognized for your efforts anyway.  Sheesh.

Crow

Yeah 78, wont be doing that again in a hurry but it was worth it.

I stayed up for 3 days in college once....I was so sleep deprived that after walking home (thankfully I lived close enough to walk...oh and it was pouring w/o an umbrella) I fell asleep immediately and couldn't remember if I had actually turned my project in when I woke up the next day and barely remembered walking home.  Ya, definitely not advisable...3 days without sleep was like being drunk and I was in good physical shape at the time.

Well, I did it. I just gave my notice to my job.

Good for you.  Sounds like it was a pretty toxic place to work.
