Yes.  I went that route for about two years.  I had much better results with supps.  I am a big fan.

IDK for somebody like me it was more of a short term thing.  I gained 60 pounds in bench in under 2 months then I just kind of stopped getting stronger.  Either way anything other than steroids is great.  I don't workout for shit and weight 320 and can still do one arm pushups.  You keep the muscle and strength you had as long as you don't ever take any cycles. I've never tried roids myself.

Quote from: Anti-antidisestablishmentarianismNot a member but I can mention a decent supplement I tried.  My favorite creatine was by BSN.  I was benching 380 and deadlifting 425. Then I also did the ben and jerrys diet for a while  :'(

Damn dude.  380 bench, 425 dead.  Damn damn.  Boy is big.

Yeah, I tried the BSN creatine.  It did not  really do that much for me.  I am on Myofusion, NO Shotgun and trying Animal Pak for the first time.  It should be here tomorrow.

Is it cool for me to post a supplement website link on this forum?  Some forums shit on that kind of thing.

pretty much. I'm 6'5" 320. Even after messing around with getting fat I start out deadlifting 350 again. To quote Andre the Giant from the princess bride: It's not my fault I'm the biggest and strongest. I don't even work out.

Jesus.. you're a fairly big unit, sir!  I'm 5'11" about 15 stone and benched 350 and squatted 360.  Deads aren't a good idea for me so I only go for reps with 200 just to keep the spinal erectors interested.  At 42 it's become more about staying injury-free than making any serious gains.  Getting old sucks...  :-\

What is 15 stone? Is that another british word I don't understand? Bulley! Someone call the Bobby! yeah I prefer dead to squat bc for some reason I have a real problem keeping my back straight while squating. Plus deadlift kills your quads, and will get your grip strength insane if you don't use straps.  I was doing 425 without straps mind you.
