Sounds: my daughter laughing, my cat purring, piano or violin music, a loud thunderstorm in progress, the seagulls crying at the lake with the waves rolling in.

Smells: my grandma's kitchen (baking or cooking), old books/bookstores, fresh cut grass, the air right after a thunderstorm, oranges, coffee.

Harmonie

Sounds: I love the sound of the bassoon, saxophone (especially tenor), and English Horn. I also love the sound of sleet. My dogs also make really cute sounds.

Smells: I love the smells I associate with each season. Also the smell of a new instrument. I'm strange, I know.

Farts, the answer to both.

Such a guy.

My favorite smells are bread baking, clean linen, jasmine.  Fun fact: many years ago I read about a study scientists did on how different smells affect mood, and they found that the smell of bread baking had a calming effect on everyone they tested, no matter what country they were from or what culture they were part of.

My favorite sounds are bells ringing, Deirdre purring, and lightning cracking.

Favorite combined smell and sound is the ocean.

Dobermonster

Thunder, and the damp, electric smell just before a lightning storm; young pine or fir; burning oak; fresh roses; baking cinnamon bread; the lub-dub of a heart; linseed oil on cedar; a chick-a-dee; heavy breathing (when appropriate).  :P

The Magic Pudding

I like the sound of kookaburras, I've looked on you tube but didn't find anything that captured them properly.  Sometimes they can be heard in movies for a tropical forest sound even though they don't belong there, some people know the sound but think it's a howler monkey.  I like cicadas but not their sound.

Mangoes and lemons smell quite nice.

Guardian85

The sound of rain on the roof when you can stay at home, the quiet of a forest or large park, birds chirping.

The smell of fresh baking, my parents house at yule time. The smell of fresh coffee brewing, like right now. Exuse me. :P

Watching and hearing my kids when they were very small, exploring, sleeping, eating, etc.

The essence of the mind is not in what it thinks, but how it thinks. Faith is the surrender of our mind; of reason and our skepticism to put all our trust or faith in someone or something that has no good evidence of itself. That is a sinister thing to me. Of all the supposed virtues, faith is not.
"When you fall, I will be there" - Floor

Siz

Sounds:
"Plink, plink, plink" of sheets/stays on aluminium yacht masts. Reminds me of my youth.

When one sleeps on the floor one need not worry about falling out of bed - Anton LaVey

The universe is a cold, uncaring void. The key to happiness isn't a search for meaning, it's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually you'll be dead!

Melmoth

Sound: awkward silence.

Smell: people who eat delicious food and don't wash.
"That life has no meaning is a reason to live - moreover, the only one." - Emil Cioran.

Crocoduck

Rain on falling on the roof, I used to live in an attic apartment that had a tin roof and that was the best.
Nothing beats the smell of a Fire Station. Sweaty, smoky turn outs and a row of Fire Engines. It smells of rubber, diesel and exhaust. So many great smells all rolled into one.

Sounds:  My son's voice and all of the interesting things he has to say, rain on windows early in the morning, my husband's "this is unbelievably funny and stupid" laugh (it's a very special laugh that is almost a giggle and only comes out every once in a great while.)

Smells: garlic, Baby Magic baby wash, Body Works White Musk perfume (which I can no longer wear because perfumes aggravate my husband's asthma  :'() the smell of cigarettes on hands (also one I haven't smelled in a long time), clean sheets.

Crocoduck

I don't care much for garlic but sautéing onions is one of my favorite kitchen smells. I've not smoked in years but I do remember liking the smell of cigs on my hands.

Oh yes, sauteing onions is a wonderful smell too.
