Quote from: "Big Mac"Might go to Town Hall Meeting Lloyd Doggett is holding. Can you bring signs to those things?

You should definitely go!  Report your experiences if you do, please.

I'm not sure about the sign issue, so you might want to put something on a t-shirt instead and wear another shirt over over it just in case.

Big Mac

Lloyd Doggett's meeting time and place was one of the most elusive things ever. He has been basically run out of every single one he has had in Austin. I've looked all over the web (with no luck) because me and a friend wanted to go real bad. He was going to film it and I was going to yell some at my rep. I'm not exactly a big fan of his and can't wait for the next election to vote against him.

Just did an interview with chase bank, I'm crossing my fingers with the hope that I get it

Quote from: "jrosebud"Pineapple, love your avatar!

Ah, a Psych fan are you?  :)

Psych is awesome, so are pineapples.

anyways, didn't want to create a new thread but thought this quote was interesting;

"Confident nonbelievers such as atheists were more emotionally well-adjusted relative to tentative nonbelievers," says Galen's report.

Ugh, I'm too tired to keep swatting the flies. Someone take over for me so I can go to bed, mmk?

Hoping to finish book 3 of the Dark Tower series tonight. Can't believe I've never read this thing. What's wrong with me?

Hemingway, next. (After the DT series is done, I mean.)

Been meaning to read the Dark Tower series, is it as good as everyone says?

No need for another thread, just thought this may interest some.

I'm enjoying it. It reminds me of Vampire Hunter D, which is a very good thing.  :headbang:

I'm not feeding any trolls anymore. We should let those threads die off. I'm sure they will go away.

Until they make their rounds on the other sites and once again find their ways back here again. That's why we turn it into a game, mostly about shampoo.

Hypocrites are on my mind today. I took the time to give a well reasoned response to a Christian video on YT asking how atheists could think that Christianity is as bad as Islam. He gave a whole list of the "evils" of Islam when compared to Christianity. I reasoned different, he removed my comment. Because Islam would never censor free speach or expression if it dissented with them. I am so sick of theistic hypocracy. I should have known better but I was the first commentor so I didn't realise He was making a video aimed at Atheists but only for back pats and agreement.

Ok I'm done, just got really annoyed and had to get that off my chest. Rant is over.

God is a cake, and we all know what the cake is.

(my spelling, grammer, and punctuation suck, I know, but regardless of how much I read they haven't improved much since grade school. It's actually a bit of a family joke.

Yeah that's how they roll. And yet they're supposed to be indwelt by a "holy spirit." Yeah, sure they are...
