School. I am anxious for the new year to start. Especially since I'm quite bad in Science and French. :(

OMG, everyone at my school was playing that one year, it drove me crazy. One day in the lunchroom everyone shouted it at the same time, I couldn't stand it! XD  :brick:

Ugh, why oh why did /b/ have to become mainstream? Cancer, I tell you. Cancer.

I noticed that in a lot of my photos I look like I'm about to murder someone.

Pdffffft who needs pics of themselves anyway.

Last Friday I bought the complete DVD collection of the British TV-Series "The Avengers".  I've watched the first 2 DVD's and got 37 more to go.

I work in a large corporation with multiple facilities across the country. The department which I manage is constantly being compared to another "sister" department in terms of warranty and scrap, and that facility, mind you, is doing a great job, while we are struggling. However, this comparison is not apples to apples. We use materials of a poorer standard, with less people, and a new business start up which took up a majority of our time in that area that the other facility didn't have to deal with. But my bosses don't want to hear that, of course.

Frustrating.

Oh I've thought about it. Please to for believe that. However, in this area, I really have the best job, save for lawyers/doctors, etc. For my level of schooling (bachelor's degree), the management job, benefits, hours are second to none.

I am going places in the company, so I am learning many lessons from my supervisors about how not to be once I'm in their shoes.

Curio, that's the kind of setup I NEED for my transcription!  I have a large screen flat panel on a monitor arm hooked to a laptop that I could open and have two screens to work on, but I'd need them at the same height like that.  I seriously doubt Joe would spring for THAT, though, after I just dropped a big chunk on my expansion software.  Eeek.  Lucky you!   lol

I had a new idea at work last week. Now other people are helping me build it. I really like making things that haven't been made before =).

I'm having company later. Two of my tiny cousins, Jake and Katie. Jake's almost nine now and Katie is seven or eight, I'm not good at keeping track of their ages. We're all going to be playing games today. It should be amusing because none of my games are for their age group, but I let them play anyway.

I'm turning into That Cousin who lets you play games you really shouldn't be playing, and helps you with any games you're currently stuck on. Fuck yeah, I'm suddenly 10x more awesome that I originally thought I was.

whats on my mind?? oh a little of this and a little of that.
I'm happy cause I just bought a dress on super cheap clearance that fits me like a glove but i'm pissed to hell because I got turned down for a promotion at work and the girl they chose to give the position too has no clue what she's doing and I have to TRAIN her....yes, I am forced to train the person that HR chose over me....*headdesk*
As of now I am currently looking for a new job, wish me luck :)

Wait a minute...you already know how to do the job, but you didn't get the promotion.  And now you're expected to train the person who was promoted.  I wouldn't do it.   Screw that!

Good luck finding a new job.
