I did mean doctor. I'm not sure about chiropractors as I have never used one.

^This is like what I've been doing.

I would avoid the first exercise until after your back feels better because if your core isn't strong enough to support you it can put too much strain on the back; I also get out of that position by allowing my body to roll onto the floor rather than trying to situp.  Even with the second exercise you might want to use two rollers to further distribute your weight.

I actually got the foam roller for my legs..there are lots of stretches you can do with it.

I was asking myself how I manage to land rescues that need more help they they appear to and I happened to glance over to the microwave... the display read '42'  wtf
If this is the case the poor thing has probably had 15+ litters.... no wonder her boobs drag the floor
She's officially retired, end of story, no more puppies, no more heat cycles.  Comfy couches and lots of treats from now on.

I found out yesterday that my 'nanny' of sorts died. I was closer to her than to any of my grandmothers when I was younger but I hadn't seen her for like more than 7 years because she moved away. She developed cancer and I guess her body couldn't take it anymore. A few weeks ago, she told my mom that she wanted to see me before she died and I was planning on going to see her soon but now it's too late. I just don't know of any kind of consolation. It's weird because she's dead which means she will never exist again. Her life is so permanently over. It's so simple yet I don't know how to make sense of this. There's no meaning to it. And that's what has been on my mind today.

It's always frustrating for me when I see women vigorously defending literal abrahamic beliefs. "It is a shame for a woman to teach" is pretty cut & dry.

Nice article :)

Nice article, and I agree.

I was creeping around a Christian forum and there was a woman there who was being abused by her husband. She came there looking for advice, and all anyone would tell her was "Oh, just PRAY. God will help you."  :verysad:
"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

How do I know I'm a graphic design major?

I pull craft store coupons off the internet into image editing software to rotate, resize, and duplicate enough to fit nicely on a full sheet of paper, and then the only thing I can find to print them on is glossy cardstock.

Craft stores have coupons?  I always thought they had sort of a cultish hold over people, drawing them to the craftstore for their scrapbooking, mop-doll making, plastic airplane model painting, fake flower arranging, and holiday decoration supplies.  Seemed to me when I watch my mom/aunt/wife/insert female family member here in those stores, it's like they're getting a fix from a crack dealer.

Budget meetings = depressing = life reassessment. Watching my engineer peers rake in 80k annually while I make minimum wage working on another costly degree to only hope for 40k is sort of making me homicidal.

I just caught this on Netflix last night.
Thumbs Up! with David Choe and his uncle/cousin(?), Harry.

Pretty interesting and entertaining.  Anyone?
