This was my final project in my printmaking class last semester. It's a triptych that depicts the narrative of the legend of Pecos Bill, and each panel is 13x19 inches. It's a reduction linocut, which means you hand-carve a bit of the image out of a linoleum block, ink it up, and run it through the printing press to transfer onto paper, then carve a bit more out of the same block, ink it up, run it through the press, etc. Unfortunately this process destroys each stage on the linoleum block, so I can't ever reprint this series.

I won second place in the Fine Art: Printmaking category.

[spoiler:snbc373j]Sorry for the awful cell-phone pics of this one.

This one was an assignment with criteria â€" 1) We had to use this 4-compartment carrying box template, and 2) the product had to represent the four seasons. I created a fictional company that makes specialty preserves based on produce that is available during each season.

I won first place in the Graphic Design: Packaging category.  :hail:

After careful examination of the evidences, I am now back to being a Christian. I ask God for His forgiveness for the foolishness I had wrought. I ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart and cleanse me of the evil that has befallen upon me. Oh Lord, fill me with Your Holy Spirit that I may see the truth that only You hold. And may Your will be done.

watching some movie on netflix about god in nature...claims to prove a designer.  So far...FAIL  They started out with stuff exists that isn't eternal so it needs an eternal creator; therefore god.  Attempted to shore up that argument with saying things can't be eternal but beings can be (what?) so that eternal kick-starter had to be god.  The rest is...hey look at all this cool stuff that exists; those are god's creative works and is way too complex to occur naturally without some sort of guiding hand.

I don't know if anyone here has seen this yet, but a friend introduced me to this site today:

This guy takes famous philosophy essays and summarizes them using frat-guy bro-speak. Absolutely hilarious.
