Ahhh! My linky no worky! Let me try this one. Everything I'm finding is that it is a crime to enter the US by evading immigration officials.

Yes, and there's the basic concept of "innocent until proven guilty." Have you bothered to read the article I linked?
Easy there man, I'm not as fast as you guys. Plus I was driving home from work, I know, I know. Don't text and drive.
I edited my last post after reading you links.

4 States Pass Recreational Marijuana Laws

It really is dangerous to text and drive. If nothing else, think of your family, and how you being in an accident would affect them.

I understand you will probably continue to use the term as "local speak" but if you read the article, maybe you'll think twice about using it otherwise. It is not a neutral term, no matter that FAIR and others promote its use.

You can still get fired for smoking, tho.  Not worth it.

Unless your company doesn't drug test for some reason even though you handle controlled opioids daily.

Arturo

I wouldn't smoke weed anyways. Or do any other drug for that matter. I just think it's shit that people will get fucked up on these things AND get sent to jail. If you get fucked up, that should be your lesson there; you don't need to be sent to prison as well.

No, not worth it.

My employer drug tests, so even if it were legal in TX, if I tested positive I could get sacked.

I think that's crap. If you're not under the influence, what's the big deal.
