Festivus

Today is December 23 - Festivus.  It is a holiday for the rest of us.  It features feats of strength and airing of grievances.

So, in the spirit of the season:

1. Feat of strength - This morning I lifted Uranus and put it back on its proper orbit.

2. Airing of grievances - The entire world would be better off if air was 22% oxygen and 77% nitrogen, instead of the 21 and 78 world we are forced to live in.  I protest!!!

1. The Asmo has a friend with some nasty mental issues. The Asmo is still by his side. Pretty much alone, but He is still there.

[Icarus]

There is a Festivus display in the Florida Capitol building at this very moment.. The legislators, or whomever, have allowed holiday displays, such as the Nativity scene, in the building for some time. In the last few years some heathenous miscreants have taken advantage of the freedom of speech (expression) clause and installed their own displays. Festivus and the American Atheist society among them.. This year a Satanist society group installed their own exhibit. It depicted an angel being cast into Hell's fires.

A devout Christian lady got her knickers in a twist and destroyed the Satanist exhibit. She has been arrested for vandalism. The defecate has, predictably, been propelled into the rotary blade.  The Satanist spokesman says that they do not wish to prosecute the nice lady.
