Ned

Surely someone agrees that his performances in Star Wars are classics of voice work?

joeactor

Oh... Those movies...

Yes.  But Star Wars is one among many greats for James Earl Jones.
I've always enjoyed his acting, both on screen and VO.

When I worked at Verizon, they actually had him do some of the company messages.
Imagine picking up your phone and hearing him say:
"Why not nominate someone special in your group for a Verizon Excellence award?"

As someone who watches an almost embarrassing amount of cartoons and pays attention to voice work, I would categorize his performance as Darth Vader as very well done.  He was also awesome as Mufasa.  But, like Joe said, he's pretty awesome in general.  :D

The Lion King! Mufasa was pretty awesome.
