I barbecued a ribeye roast and some corn-on-the-cob for my son and I, and we sided that with raw broccoli and dressing.  A couple of Rolling Rocks for me to wash it down.

I love cauliflower, so the mashed cauliflower topping is AMAZING - however, a lot of people commented saying they didn't like it, so mashed potatoes would work just as well.  Also, keep in mind I have no idea what authentic shepherd's pie is supposed to taste like, so I don't know how well this compares.  It's really delicious as leftovers, though.  :D

Cheers! I was interested in if there was a meat substitute, and there is. Now I have to find out what Molly Butter is! Looks nice though.

Hahaha, I have no idea what the hell molly butter is, I just used real butter.  I suspect molly butter is either a vegan butter substitute or just some preferred product of the poster.

I went to Logans Roadhouse
http://www.logansroadhouse.com/geo/t002
Had a 22 ounce Porterhouse (medium rare) with a baked potato butter and sour cream) and salad (blue cheese dressing).

I don't have a clue what on for tonight.

Oh...and isn't Molly butter  fat free shakeable butter flakes?
The essence of the mind is not in what it thinks, but how it thinks. Faith is the surrender of our mind; of reason and our skepticism to put all our trust or faith in someone or something that has no good evidence of itself. That is a sinister thing to me. Of all the supposed virtues, faith is not.
