I have no idea what eurovision is (obviously some kind of singing competition?  Music competition?), is it pretty popular over there?  How do they judge it?

Yes, it is super popular in Europe. Mostly people vote like on American Idol. But I'm not sure if there are some judges involved as well.

That sounds fun.  If we did that here, it would never get off the ground.  Canada wants nothing to do with us cuz we're like that insane neighbor who lives below you that you try not to make eye contact with and we think we're too good to associate with Mexico.  :/
