Melancholy Hill - The Gorillaz

Their new album, Plastic Beach, is fantastic. I highly recommend it.  :bananacolor:

I loved the first Gorillaz album but was pretty 'meh' about the second.  Do you think I'll like it?

I know what you mean but this one is their best in my opinion. Before you buy it you should be able to check the songs out on Last.fm or playlist.com. Here's the track titles if you want to listen to some of them. I'm not all that crazy about a few of the more rap-esque songs but the music is phenomenal:

Orchestral Intro
Welcome to the World of the Plastic Beach
White Flag
Rhinestone Eyes *
Stylo
Superfast Jelly *
Empire Ants
Glitter Freeze*
Some Kind of Nature
On Melancholy Hill*
Broken
Sweepstakes
Plastic Beach
Cloud of Unknowing
Pirate Jet

* = some of my favs :D

"The Devil Went Down to Georgia" by Charlie Daniels....two things about this song:
1) If there was a devil and he came to earth OF COURSE he'd come to America and go down South to fiddle-battle with a boy named Johnny.
2) I can't help but think that the devil played just a little bit better than Johnny...
So you can give your heart to Jesus, but your ass belongs to the Corps! Do you ladies understand?

I think Georgia is close enough to Hell for the devil to consider it local.  :P
