Wendy

I just wanted to introduce myself quickly. My name is Wendy and I am a 30 year old mother of two boys, ages 3 and 2. I am currently going to college full-time with a major in English. My husband is a deist and I would be considered agnostic at this point. I was baptized and confirmed as a Methodist, later baptized as a Mormon and have also dabbled in the born-again aspect of religion--always looking for answers, never quite finding what I'm looking for. I look forward to getting to know everyone.  :)

Those answers are always hard to find, but I think that the real fun is in the investigation,  and the journey.

Looks like you've had a little taste of just about all of the more well known Christian views.  Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've been looking around off and on all day and have found some things "I didn't think of before." What a nice place you have here!

I really like the blue smileys.  :P

welcome, Wendy... I know what you're going through... I've read about most all of the major religions of the world and never found what I was looking for.  Hence, I'm an atheist.  :banna:

Welcome to the site, Wendy!  I was also raised methodist & my god, those services were just so damn boring!  Is that why you left the methodist church?  If it's not, it really would be a good reason, in my opinion.   ;)

Welcome Wendy.  You can never ask too many questions, but you can be too sure of the answers (this I know personally).  Ask us anything, you're not relegated to lurking!  I know not too many new threads pop up, but nobody really minds if they do, we're just slow to start them.
