Why does the ordinary home need something to clean vacuums?

The sign said "Rotted horse manure", not sure that I want rotted horse all over my garden.

We call vacuum cleaners "dust suckers." A better name, as difference in pressure to create suction does not imply vacuum... Just a regular garden variety low pressure system and its high pressure counterpart.

Rotted horses, you say..? The Asmo would grow His cacti in those.
