I think this law suit was mentioned here before:

The judge threw the case out, as God has no address, and therefore, can't be served.

The plaintiff's response: "The court itself acknowledges the existence of God. A consequence of that acknowledgment is a recognition of God's omniscience.  Since God knows everything, God has notice of this lawsuit."

:D  I find his rebuff hilarious.
