I thought we could try it here. Share a short vignette about a rejection, a first kiss, an amazing date, or whatever.

All I can say is that the intoxication of love is at the top of the human experience, and the burn of rejection is at the bottom.  Having experienced both, I can say that neither can be described linguistically.  There is only the shared nod of affirmation that passes between victims of these wars.
