Author of "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Chicken Soup with Rice". The man was something special. Also, his interview with Stephen Colbert was one of the funniest things I've ever watched.

Awwwww. Sad. "Where the Wild Things Are" was my dad's favorite book when he was a kid, and he passed that love down to me, and I have shared it with T.

R.I.P.

The Colbert interviews were great - saw them a while ago.
Really cool that he got to do them before his passing...

Buddy

Never read any of his books. My mom was terrified of "Where the Wild Things Are" as a child.
Strange but not a stranger

I love my car more than I love most people.

Well he left behind a great legacy that will be read for generation to come.
