Dear Sir/Madam
It's to your immense credit that you have admitted that you are   generic and  accordingly lack any distinguishing  values, virtues or characteristics (other than, I suppose, your avidity for power and readiness to do pretty well much anything to secure it).  Mind you, I had kind of worked that out for myself already.

Damn. I already have lower than average hand to eye coordination and the 'r' and 't' are right next to eachother on the keyboard. I assure you however, that it was no Freudian slip.

How about when over a million people die because some asshole from Texas wanted more oil and to get back at somebody for trying to assassinate his daddy, we are allowed as a nation to put said asshole in jail for the rest of his miserable life. So, obviously to GW, I would write can we lock your goofy ass up?
