If you choose to return after your 7 day suspension the following restrictions will apply.


    1) You will not be able to edit your posts.
    2) You will not be able to send Private Messages.
    3) You will be restricted to the 'Getting to know you' area of the forum until you have;
     a) Demonstrate a willingness to follow the rules of the forum
     b) Demonstrate that you wish to make a positive contribution to the forum.

These restrictions will be lifted as and when the staff believe you are capable of continuing to adhere to clauses 3a & 3b.
How you behave is your choice, if you choose not to behave as proscribed in 3a & 3b you will be banned.

When does his suspension end again?
