Yeah its fantastic and one of my dvd's that I always push on people to watch. Talking of villains and Shane Meadows, Mick from 'This is England 86' is probably one of the most vile characters I have ever witnessed in any form of media, I honestly wished I could have beaten that character.

Yeah with Ozzie, im really starting to crave a bit of old school jrpg now just if i still had any of my old consoles.

Same.  I seriously want to go back on ebay to rebuy an SNES & Genesis.

I kept mine, and they still work, but I still use 'em so I won't sell. Maybe I'm just trying to rub yer nose in my nerd collection...

Desktops are also good ways to play classic games if one gets a decent controller.

Nyaa, so mean.  A lot of stuff was lost or left behind when I  first moved.   I purchased a lot of my old games on ebay over the last 5 or so years.

I definitely live in the 90's/early 2000's videogame wise, and I am not a fan of emulators.  I don't mind spending the extra bucks for the real deal.

- Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham.
- Morell from A Room for Romeo Brass. (such an original and grotesque character)
- Lestat in Interview with the Vampire. (He made a poor protagonist and narrator, I thought, but I liked him in his original, antagonistic role. He's kind of pathetic yet powerful, pitiable but also revolting, and that mixture made my skin crawl).

Ohman, Lestat de lioncourt was the ONLY role I liked Tom Cruise in.    He is my fav vampire, aside from David in the book series, and I thpught he delivered such a great amount of insanity.

What makes Lestat scary is how powerful he is, but he is so immature and childish.  Silly brat.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of emulators either, they don't have the same tactile feel of turning on a console, putting in the disk or cartridge and sitting on the sofa.

That's also my favorite era of gaming but I think some of the best games have been made this generation, once you get past the incessant barrage of first person shooters that is.

I haven't played any REALLY good games in a while. I think my top 5 over the last  few years are:

-Fragile dreams (wii)
-Persona 4 (ps2)
-Silent hill:shattered memories (ps2)
-Trauma team (wii)
-kingdom hearts: birth by sleep  (PSP)

Actually, it's just not the same.  I still love my ps2  and don't even own an xbox or ps3  or wii.   I play at friend's houses. Final fantasy 13 was fun, but nothing original.  Right now, i'm just playing .hack//mutation.

Edit: El shaddai: ascension of Metatron looks like fun crack!  I do want  play as I love crack games and angel mythology.

You may like Bayonetta as well, that is a insanely OTT game where you play as a witch who uses her hair to destroy the creatures of heaven, words can not describe how insane that game is.

Yeah the games this generation aren't the same in terms of character and creativity especially in comparison to the snes days and when you look at games such as final fantasy, but some of the games are brilliant such as: Red Dead Redemption, Bayonetta, Mirrors Edge, Portal 2, the Mass Effect series, Street Fighter 4, Forza 3, Patapon, Ninja Gaiden 2, Assassins Creed 2, Demon's Souls, Bastion and Batman Arkham Asylum to name a few that came to mind.

The best new games for this generation are the phoenix Wright series for DS. So much fun!

- I've adquired a funny fear of fingers. Dactilophobia. Except this one isn't irrational.  

Oh yeah, and mummies. There's something about their dryness that puts me off.

- I don't like walking into narrow caves. I even got stressed when I walked inside pyramids. I don't show it to people around me though. I'm usually the one calming others down.

- Losing loved ones.

- Fan girls of the current singer/actor.

- House spiders. Can't be in the same room as one.

- Being packed into a crowd of people, like a music concert or something, where movement is restricted. Oddly, this idea makes me feel sick with panic, yet I'm not claustrophobic in any other situation.

- Overly familiar people. Cheery, hug-distributing, let's-be-best-friends-even-though-we've-just-met types. I don't really fear them, I suppose I just dislike and avoid them... but I couldn't think of anything else.

Well I have rational fears and irrational ones

The irrational ones:
1) I can't hang my feet over the edge of my bed. And every single night I get into my bed, I turn off the tv in the sitting position with my one foot on the floor. As soon as it is dark I panic and lift my foot up immediately off the floor and onto the bed.

2) Sometimes I fear that I have left the clothes steamer on, the a/c on, the running water on, enough so to cause me to pause in my thinking while driving to ponder if I did in fact leave any of these items on. I then do into automatic driving while I briefly replay my last moves ending with me getting in the car.

3) Clowns


Now for the rational ones:

1) of being homeless. Because I was once before and I live solely independent with my own support and not one single soul to fall back on if I don't take care of my shit. I hustle every day to get my shit taken care of.

2) Of losing my mind. Considering my mother is in a loony bin home, it's a good possibility. At one point my worst episode had me doing things I had no idea I was doing.

3) Dying from Diabetic complications

Oh I have to add a 4th. The fear of someone controlling me and not letting me just BE.
