Tomorrow is my last night of diet sodas for the month. So I just chucked it all tonight. I'm having that wonderful nifty concoction of the Gods. Agua.  :P

YUM can you tell me how you make this please? it sounds really good!

Sweetdeath

It's as simple as it sounds. Just put 1-2  cups of low fat milk in a blender. Chopped bananas. You can put chipped ice in there as well. Put in more bananas than milk if you want it super thick :D

Earl Grey, hot.

An old friend of mine recently said, "Ah, the choice beverage of one of the best of Starfleet's captains."

At this time, I'm currently sipping at a Mocha Frappe from McDonald's.  I usually prefer Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, but economic times are hard, lately.  Today's coffee does taste good, though, so it's doing the trick.

^^^ I see your friend knows his Star Trek folk law :)

I tend to agree, although Sisco had his moments.
