Hello, This is not my first time on the site, been viewing with interest for a few months now and just decided to make an account :D

I am an atheist living in Scotland and I'm sick of the amount of religious material peddled towards the school children in my area. That is the main reason for my Atheism. After realising from over 12 years of Catholic schooling that my time in school had been wasted with useless religious studies !

Anyway just wanted to write an intro and say Hi to all of you !

Thanks
   Ross.

Hello Ross

Scotland's a big place, are you in the Edinburgh/Glasgow end or up on the snout in Aberdeen?

Welcome to HAF!

Hello Ross.

Welcome to HAF. Nice to see another British atheist here to help counteract this strange American Catholic invasion.
Even if the SNP get their way, you're still physically attached to England. Nothing the Nats can do about that!

Howdy, Ross!  Welcome officially to HAF!

Hey Ross, welcome. I love the countryside in Scotland. It's a shame to hear there's so much proselytising going on up there.

Scotland's a big place,

Scotlands a big place?  It's all relative I suppose.
I live in a three Macdonalds town, my part of it is called Thrumster for some place in Scotland I'm not likely to ever see.
I googled Thrumster Scotland, Depression, Psychologists at work, doesn't sound too jolly.

Anyway rgallagher I hope your part of the broad wide land that is Scotland is full of mirth and well being.

Welcome! Scotland is indeed a cool place. Ain't Catholic School just fantastic.
