2011 has been and gone it could possibly be classed as one of the busiest years for big news stories worldwide from natural disasters to economic disasters, riots & revolutions, and the death of many prominent figures that are loved and hated alike. 2011 certainly made an impact in the historical timeline, so what was memorably for you throughout the last year and what do you look forward to in this new year?

Memorable for me? Let's see.

Bin Laden was killed, Adele created a really great album, there was civil unrest in Egypt/many parts of the middle east.
I joined HAF, I went back to work after maternity leave, my son turned one, my husband was accepted into a Ph.D program and we moved across the country.

My Grandmother passed away, my baby sister got married, a lot of people I know got engaged, I took dance classes.

Matt smith was cute on Dr.Who, there was a provincial election, I bought a new bicycle.

Steve Jobs died, though I didn't really care much, to be honest. Christopher Hitchens died, and I felt more of an impact from that.
I was accepted into a post-graduate program, my husband has been short-listed for a significantly sized federal grant, so that's on our plate heading into 2012.

That's it in a nutshell, really!
"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

2011 started off so well, even when I still can't find a job, then got worse.
The summer was crazy, but winter wasn't too bad. I began working for main MLP fans in nyc though around August, so that's my highlight.

I totally just got a cold too ;_; like less than 24 hours ago...

Wiggum:"You have that much faith in me, Homer?"
Homer:"No! Faith is what you have in things that don't exist. Your awesomeness is real."

"I was thinking that perhaps this thing called God does not exist. Because He cannot save any one of us. No matter how we pray, He doesn't mend our wounds.
