This just goes to show how long ago the predatory advantage offered by the larger brains of the genus Homo started to change the biological status quo of the Earth.

it's an interesting story, but I think the title is both simplistic and misleading. 'Disappearance of the Elephant Caused Rise of Modern Humans'. I'm sure there were many other factors that also influenced the evolution of homo sapiens sapiens
