I don't know how I missed this thread, but reading it gave me great joy! haha :D
Thanks for the gifts!

For you kind folks, I have:
For Asmo, I have a shiney new spit/rotisserie

For Bookscatsetc, I have a cat bookshelf

For Tank, I have Tank craft v.2.0, a modified hovertank

For SweetDeath, I have one of those wreathy-thingies that they give to Kentucky Deby winners - but all pink like.

For xSilverPhinx, I have a "Pheonix" costume in case you ever feel the urge to dress up like the pheonix superhero.

For OldGit, I have the fountain of youth so that you may become "YoungGit". Yes, the nudie ladies will be there.

For The Magic Pudding, I have your own Broadway show. You may fill it however you like, I propose something avant garde.

For Not Your Typical..., I have this t-shirt because it's only a matter of time before you join the dark side. Muahahahaha!

"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

Homer:"No! Faith is what you have in things that don't exist. Your awesomeness is real."

Pharaoh Cat

For DeterminedJuliet, for I know she will clasp them:

For OldGit.  I don't know what the hell it is, but I think he'll like it:

Thanks, PC!  I think it's a descendeur but it might be one of those things for castrating pigs.  Either will be handy.

Also for Juliet, a balcony for doing her scene:

Sweetdeath

Wow, that cat bookshelf is awesome!!

And thank you for the pink wreath of pinkness, Juliet~~

The Journey of the Magi

"A cold coming we had of it,
Just the worst time of the year
For a journey, and such a long journey:
The was deep and the weather sharp,
The very dead of winter."
And the camels galled, sore-footed, refractory,
Lying down in the melting snow.
There were times we regretted
The summer palaces on slopes, the terraces,
And the silken girls bringing sherbet.
Then the camel men cursing and grumbling
And running away, and wanting their liquor and women,
And the night-fires gong out, and the lack of shelters,
And the cities hostile and the towns unfriendly
And the villages dirty, and charging high prices.:
A hard time we had of it.
At the end we preferred to travel all night,
Sleeping in snatches,
With the voices singing in our ears, saying
That this was all folly.

Then at dawn we came down to a temperate valley,
Wet, below the snow line, smelling of vegetation;
With a running stream and a water-mill beating the darkness,
And three trees on the low sky,
And an old white horse galloped away in the meadow.
Then we came to a tavern with vine-leaves over the lintel,
Six hands at an open door dicing for pieces of silver,
And feet kicking the empty wine-skins.
But there was no information, and so we continued
And arrived at evening, not a moment too soon
Finding the place; it was (you may say) satisfactory.

All this was a long time ago, I remember,
And I would do it again, but set down
This set down
This: were we lead all that way for
Birth or Death? There was a Birth, certainly,
We had evidence and no doubt. I have seen birth and death,
But had thought they were different; this Birth was
Hard and bitter agony for us, like Death, our death.
We returned to our places, these Kingdoms,
But no longer at ease here, in the old dispensation,
With an alien people clutching their gods.
I should be glad of another death.

Is that you in the picture, Cecilie?
Don't question my logic. And no, that's not me.
The world's what you create.
