QuoteBasically, I guess. We may go to Venice or Paris, though. At least if we go to Paris I could get by with my French.

if you are considering europe. go to Switzerland, it is the greatest place on earth! well in my limited travels it is. cruises are always your best value honeymoons too! i want to go on an alaskan cruise one day.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring. -cs

Well, won't be for a while, so we've got time to talk to our travel agent and see what we can get good deals on.  :D

What's on my mind today?
I broke things off with my girlfriend of 6 months this past Saturday. I did it over the phone.
And now I feel like I need closure - Like I need to see her one last time - but then again, maybe that's just because I'm weak. I'm sure it's a regular experience for people to break up with someone for a plethora of reasons, but for all of them to seemingly be forgotten once a few days have past.
Or maybe it's just residual pheromones affecting me. :coffee:

Congrats man! Have the two of you picked out a place in Taiwan yet?

I had a very odd dream last night.  For some reason I was going to be potentially working for Penn at a very large kinda maze-like office building.  Only, he wasn't a comedian, he was an architect..he was also a huge ass but for some reason liked me.  I don't think Penn would be a jerk if I really met him; I think he was in my dream because someone on Twitter has his "shut the fuck up" avatar....which might explain him being a jerk in the dream too.

I don't think he was...not all characters in my dreams have faces...they are more like i just know someone is there but can't see them.

My Dad is dead.  He died sometime this morning of acute respiratory failure, while he and I were asleep.  I'm pretty sad -- there were so many things left unsaid, I feel like I should know more about him; he had a great, interesting life, and I only know a fraction of what he might have recalled.  I'm going to miss him.  The coroner and police have been through, and I've had a fair number of hours on top to think and feel.  My mom is devastated, but fast improving.  I don't know if I'll regret this post in the morning, but this is definitely on my mind today.

Cleaning to be done, back later.

Sorry to hear that sad news, Pipe.
