The next door neighbors have two little yip yap dogs, and they just leave them outside and let them bark for hours before they let them in.  Annoying for me, and mean for the dogs.

In the UK there are laws that could be used to do something about that sort of thing if simply asking didn't have an impact. But calling the fuzz on ones neighbours may well not be a good idea.

There are laws against it here as well, but yeah, I'm not trying to start an asshole war.  It seems most of my neighbor's are assholes.  The guy upstairs is a crackhead with OCD-he never sleeps or works, and spends all day and night cleaning, moving furniture, stomping around, etc...  I'll take the dogs over him, actually.  He's nuts.

Hahaha.  Well, except crackheads aren't known for their trustworthy nature.  That office block might be missing all of its copper wiring in the course of a single night.
