But, it seems, the fun didn't last long as complaints from the public forced the authorities to confiscate the remaining icecream. What a bunch of Buzz Killingtons.

The question I asked myself as I read the articles was "would I knowingly eat this?" My first thought was, "Yup, I like ice cream", but then I considered that diseases can be passed through breast milk. Also, it is said that human breast milk tastes similar to coconut, and I hate coconut flavor and even the smell (like in lotions).

Probably wouldn't taste a lot different. My impression was of a sweeter taste and a more watery consistency than full cream dairy milk. Yes I tried it a couple of weeks after my daughter was born.  But you can't try it earlier than that as what is produced is called colostrum which is sort of milk+1 with all kinds of proteins in it that stimulate the babies immune system.
