‘No religion’ for 40%

And a big billboard on the Popes route.

40 percent does not quite surprise me. I have found that I need to seek out actively religious people in order to find any in Scotland. Granted this does not tend to take long. Maybe in the not to distant future this process will take longer, longer and longer.

Yeah, but like god, he would only answer the prayers that already were inline with his divine plan.

The Magic Pudding

Well I liked Chicken Run.

I heard this on the radio this morning:
QuotePope Benedict arrives in Britain later today, the first papal visit to the UK in 28 years. It coincides with the release of a new book by prominent human rights lawyer Geoffrey Robertson QC. In the book Robertson calls for criminal actions against the Pope for his alleged role in covering up child sex abuse.

Apparently he's urging the UK to resist "more aggressive forms of secularism" after being welcomed by the Queen at Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.  :|
