Has anybody used this? I stumbled across it randomly today and it seems... intriguing. I always have back and neck problems. Just wondering if anyone has firsthand experience with it.

There's a peer reviewed study in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) that seems to confirm it's overall effectiveness. I've never tried it myself, but it seems legitimate.
